Making My Real Estate Services Publicly Known

I have been practicing real estate in the Philippines for the last 5 years. I passed my board exam last March 2016 and I haven't looked back ever since. My services primarily touches the following:

Covering full 5% commission



  1. Property Sale Services - getting authorization and initial property viewing, advertising, and education
  2. Property Sale Closing Services - negotiation, preparation of property sale drafts such as Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale, monitoring for installment sales.
  3. Property Titling Services - document preparation, acquisition, request and release of Title, Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance and more. Covers residential and agricultural properties only. Partitioning of lots is not covered as I need to hire a geodetic engineer to create the partition survey.
I require 5% full commission for executing numbers 1 to 3. Some clients only require 2 and 3 if they need assistance for papers. Some clients only require number 3.

Residential leasing (Commission 1 month rent for 1 year lease only, renewable)
  1. Property Advertising - getting authorization and initial property viewing, advertising
  2. Tenant Viewing, Screening, and Orientation
  3. Move-in and Move-out Services
  4. Hiring of 3rd Party Services during move-out - professional cleaning (whole room, grease trap), air conditioner cleaning, handyman for much needed repairs
