Reservation fee is set at PHP 25,000.00 which will form part of the whole selling price. There are three ways to pay the property, enumerated below:

  1. Cash
  2. 20% downpayment split in 36 months, 80% in 37th month
  3. 100% installment in 60 months or 5 years, 0% interest!
Move-in and miscellaneous fees (particularly for water, electricity, cable, and titling fees) are set at 5.% of the TCP or the Total Contract Price.

To investigate properties means that I need to go to various local and national government agencies in the Philippines and get copies of certain documents.  For example, I need to get the latest certified true copy of tax declaration from a municipal or city assessor's office.
